Does it cost anything?
No. HelloMapper Care is free for support workers, and always will be.
Who are the providers?
NDIS and aged care providers who run their teams on HelloMapper. Each shift shows the provider's name before you apply.
Do I need to upload my checks for every provider?
No. Your credentials belong to you and come with you. Each provider still verifies them before you work.
I already work for a provider on HelloMapper. Do I need a new account?
No. Sign in with the account you already have and turn on your marketplace profile.
Can I choose where and when I work?
Yes. You set your suburb, how far you'll travel and when you're available, and you only apply for the shifts you want.
